We are currently making use of a Jira instance provided to us by a 3rd party. We would like to stand up our own instance. Both are cloud hosted. We are not entirely sure where to start as we have had some conflicting information.
Is it possible to migrate between instances and retain all projects, stories, file attachments etc, or would we need to completely start over?
Our major concern was that it looked possible to move the data, but assets would not be included. Is this something that Jira helps with from an accounts perspective or something that is the responsibility of the customer? Thank you
