Jira mail handler - send letter to author of letter that an issue is created

Is it possible to tune Jira income mail handler that when user sent a letter and Jira created an issue, then Jira will send a letter to user which contains the following text:

"Dear user, as a reply to your question, we've created an issue ...link to newly created issue..."

You can not do it out of the box. You should use a plugin like JETI:
