Jira issues' sequence number - Start from a specific number

Dears,

Is it possible to start the issue sequence IDs in a new project from a specific number for example :

PROJECT-1000 instead of PROJECT-1 ?

Messing with the database is not something support will do.

For this request though, you could import 999 issues from CSV and then delete them, leaving the counter starting at 1,000.

Don't think it is possible on cloud version. It is possible in the server version by updating in DB.

@Sreenivasaraju P , no Jira Cloud, você consegue manipular a numeração efetuando a importação de um arquivo CSV, como se estivesse importando tickets da instancia Jira Server:

- > No campo Chave do Item você precisa informar o último numero de chamado que você deseja.

Se precisar tenho um arquivo de exemplo.
