Jira issue type in local language - how change it to English?

Hi,

I've just installed Jira Software for learning purpose and everything is fine except issue types (Epic, Task etc) which are in my local langueage. Language in Jira is set to English.

I can't find any solution for having issue types in English too. Any ideas/solutions?

Hello,

An issue type is a global system variable that is reffered to as an 'issue constant' so it will show up the same across the system without manually configuring the translation.  Check out this KB for a solution, "Translating resolutions, priorities, statuses, and issue types"
