Jira is no longer capturing conversations

 Jira is no longer capturing conversations. Usually, Jira will record email communications regarding a submission. This is needed for all people who use this technology internally.

In Jira I can comment with @[deleted] and I would get a email. Once I reply to that email, it shows in Jira comment. So this way, even if email conversation happening, it is getting tracked or recorded in Jira. From last 1-2 weeks, this is not happening. I do recieve email form Jira and my responses are not getting into comments section of Jira. I use Jira cloud.
