Hello Eric,

Sorry to hear that you've been having this issue.

Can you tell me what version of Jira you are using and what version of Bitbucket you have? I see that your account is attached to a Jira Cloud instance and a Bitbucket Server license, so if this is the case, you'll want to check the following:

The main takeaway here is that you should initiate the connection in Application Links from the Cloud side, and ensure that Bitbucket server is being served from a standard port (i.e. 80 or 443).

Was this working previously, or is it a recent connection? Would you be able to show us the response from the Application Links on both sides?

Thank you for your help.

Regards,

Shannon

Thanks. I re-export/imported the whole system again. It is fine now. I guess its some temporary internal data inconsistency. But I can't replay the issue any more.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for letting me know, and that you were able to solve it by re-importing the system.

If you run into the issue again, and your Jira instance was on Cloud, please feel free to contact the Support Team and we can have a look at your instance directly to see if there are any issues.

Regards,

Shannon
