We have a support project set up through a portal to create tickets. Part of this is that all agents are members of a channel in a team. When a ticket is generated the assist bot posts it in that channel so that everyone can get notified.
The problem is that a notification isn't generated in teams. If we post directly to the channel ourselves everyone gets a badge/ping. We have notification set to all posts, both 'banner and feed', and yet the bot doesn't seem to generate these. Is there a setting or something we need to change to have the messages from the bot show up properly?
