Jira installation on new server

Hi Team,

My old server has been crashed and jira is no longer available now. I want to install this on my new server instance. I have done the 50 % job and reach to the Jira installation. 

When i am entering my  atlassian user name and password then its showing me following error - 

"We are unable to generate a JIRA evaluation license for you. You can try again or you can access my.atlassian.com directly through your web browser to generate an evaluation license key. Then click here to restart the manual setup process."

I already have starter license.

Can you guys please help me in this. What is the JIRA evaluation license and how i can get this. Please help me on this.

You should still be able to go through my.atlassian.com to obtain your old license key or generate a new evaluation. What happens when you try to access from that site?

Hi Thanks for reply.

I managed to install its on new server but it running very slow on our server. I want to have installed it on Jira cloud. 

Can you please let me know the procedure to have the setup on Jira cloud and what will be the pricing for 10 users.

Should i need to purchase a new license for this or i can use my existing license ?

Manish,

You need to order a new Cloud instance if you want to do that. It's not something you would install, and you cannot transfer an existing license to it from Server.

If you inadvertently purchased a Server license recently and want it canceled, you can Contact our Advocates Team and they can help you with that.
