Jira installation issue - http://localhost:8080 page not accessible

Jira has stopped being accessible via the web browser.

 

we have checked firewall rules.

running Jira service (its running)

the issue is specifically related to Jira and what ever services it uses to run.

please advise if we need a remote session to review the issue.

we are not able to use Jira and can not access data.

HI @Gerardo Altman

Just check the log files under <JIRA_HOME>/logs/atlassian-jira.log file.

It will show you more details about error.

We upgraded Jira to the latest version.

Reapplied all licenses

Problem resolved.
