Jira incorrectly displays users triggering automatic ticket transitions via bitbucket integration

The issue just happened few weeks recently. When open a new Bitbucket branch from a fresh Jira ticket it would automatically transition it to InProgress but it displays the wrong person, Example:

- User A create the fresh ticket

- Then he created new branch from it in bitbucket

- Jira sent notification that User B transition ticket to In Progress (which was supposed to be user A)

Do you have any ideas? and how do I can check step-by-step.
