Jira iOS app login errors

Hi There,

I have authentication errors when trying to login with two different Jira iOS apps:

JIRA Connect Pro

JIRA lite

Both prompt me with a login error - I am able to use the same credentials online but not through the apps. Is there a reason for this?

Alex, from the JIRA Connect Pro (http://www.luethi.net/JIRAConnect/) did you used HTTPS in the URL of your JIRA instance?

If your password has $ within it - it will not log in. I have changed a password to remove the $ and can now login.

Same problem here. I have tried the http and the https. Both do not work.

I have the same problem except only on Connect Pro for me. I am using the HTTPS url.
