Jira hangs starting JIRA Plugin System

The server on which I have installed Jira Software crashed, whilst the server was attempting to install the license. It now hangs at:

___ Starting the JIRA Plugin System _________________

Nothing had been configured on the server, so I'm assuming it would be easier for me just to reinstall from scratch. I have used the server ID from the broken server for my jira software license, so how can I re-use the license when I reinstall the software?

Hi @James A. Elliott , 

the server ID is only used to generate the licence key, so the key is not restricted to this particular server ID.

You can very well re-use the licence key you already on another server, with another server ID.
