Jira goals missing progress

How can we Link all jiras from LL6s to "LL4 goals" in the same department? Different LL6s have different labels 

P.s LL4 Goals r not under same Sagas

I'd recommend checking the official article about the goals metric here: What is a metric? 

There are two options when it comes to Progress 'part' — you can add a metric to track progress either manually (by updating the metric yourself) or automatically (by rolling up progress from sub-goals).

• Manual: Create or select a metric, then update its value as you make progress.

• Automatic: Link sub-goals with their own metrics; the parent goal’s progress will update automatically based on the average progress of its sub-goals

Note that this column is not automatically linked to the progress of Jira work items 👈
