"I have recently installed the Jira app (com.atlassian.android.jira.core) on my android phone and have noticed that in order for the initial sign in to work, I needed to exempt the app from data protection. I was wondering if this is an issue that is being looked at by the Jira team, and if there are any plans to update the app so that data protection does not need to be circumvented for the initial sign in process to work? Any information or insights would be greatly appreciated."
