I am on GMT+3. The phone app does not display the tickets, when searching by number. A match is displayed, then touching on it leads to this:
There are some hours where the application works, in the morning. The problem has persisted for approximately 2 months.

In my opinion you should send an Ticket to support.atlassian.com , to deterministic say what's wrong will need Backend check.
