Jira filter for Original estimate not equal to Remaining estimate

I want to create a filter to see cards with different original and remaining estimate. Is they any way to create a query?

How will see for see this helping you in the future?

I your estimation is set to 8 hours, your remaining estimate is also 8 hours. Went work is logged the remaining will change.

So if you would have a filter for this, you would get every issue that has work logged.
