- all JSM workflows failed to work
- all users have been removed from Jira service management users
- tickets cannot be assigned to users in any Jira space

I heard some people were able to use the MCP server to tell the agent to assign some tickets to people

I now can tag all users and all seems to be working normally and as expected. However I am closely monitoring

Have a look at the Atlassian statuspage:
There are active incidents across multiple products and they involve incidents with User Management. Better bookmark the page or better, subscribe to events for the products of your intrest to always be up-to-date on active incidents an outages.
