I have not received any Jira email notifications since November 2025.
All notification preferences are enabled in my Atlassian profile. Emails are not in spam or trash. The issue started suddenly — notifications were working fine before.
I suspect my email may be on Atlassian's suppression list due to a bounce.
Could someone from Atlassian please advise how to get removed from the suppression list, or who to contact directly to resolve this?

Oh that's concerning. Sorry to hear that.
Your suspicion about the suppression list is likely right, if an email bounces once, Atlassian blocks it.
A project admin can check this under Project settings > Notifications > Project email audit and click "Unblock Email" to fix it. Just be sure to find out why it bounced in the first place so it doesn't get blocked again. If the email isn't showing up in that log, your site admin will need to open a ticket with Atlassian Support to clear it from the backend.
