SInce this morning, we have facing problema while connecting to Jira. It seems to be down

Hi @Cristie Lima 

Are you on Jira server or cloud?

If the former, reach out to your internal Jira administrator/IT department to inform them. If however you meant the latter, then I’ll check https://status.atlassian.com as there could be an active incident and Atlassian will provide updates on it.
