Jira doesnt work again

When going on any page, I retrieve error:

I LOVE how I was unable to create a ticket and had to go here on a forum. Great idea having it like that

Have you clear your cache and started in incognito mode?

You are correct! The proper way how to work with Jira is to always use incognito mode as google account login is never enough!

 

Thank you for getting it working again! I just need to use anonymous regime every day and try everything whenever I get generic message that something is wrong.

Also love it how the list of tickets and all other pages work properly, but ticket detail is unavaliable.

Alright. As nothing have helped and you have zero idea how to handle and I need to work, let's reinstall browser because why not, right?

I'd recommend checking Atlassian’s status page to see if there are any ongoing incidents that might be affecting Jira right now. That can help confirm if it’s something happening more broadly or specific to your environment.

If everything looks green and the problem still persists across browsers/incognito, it might be worth reaching out to Atlassian Support directly with that trace ID you mentioned.
