In Firefox I get "You don't have permission to view it, or it doesn't exist. Contact your admin to request access."

The same link works in Chrome with no problem.

Isn't this possible that you are simply logged in with two different user accounts in the two browsers?

(Security issues are very unlikely depend on the browser.)

Hello @Michael S Borokhovsky

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What are you attempting to access?

Have you tried using a Firefox private window?

Have you tried clearing your Firefox browser cache?

Yes,  in the private window iI still get the same message.

I'm trying to access a Jira https://isc-penn-jira.atlassian.net/browse/PENNANT-2981. It gives me a generaic Jira interface as if it does not recognize my account at all. But it all works OK in Chrome.

Through Firefox are you able to login to the base URL - https://isc-pen-jira.atlassian.net/jira

Has Firefox ever worked for you to access data in that site?

Are you using the latest version of Firefox?

Yes, Trudy. That was it. I just had to re-login to https://isc-penn-jira.atlassian.net and it worked. Apparently, Firefox kicks you out after awhile and requires to re-authenticate.

THANKS YOU!
