Jira does not start

I run all the services of jira under the path JIRA\bin\start-jira.bat but it continuously show the error message 

JIRA had problems starting up

i set my database credentials then it still not running.

I am so confused that whats the issue is?

Please tell me the right solution

Can you try to start the service manually and use that to provide us more details about what errors you are seeing in your Jira Server Application logs? That will help us to understand what the issue is.
