Scenario:
- IT support staff member receive request from customer on personal email
- IT staff forwards to Jira Help Desk
- IT staff changes request Reporter from themselves to actual customer
- IT Staff member responds to the request
- The comment does not get sent to the customer via email
The same customer can email into Jira directly and get comments/updates sent to them.
How can I get Jira to email out notifications/updates where the reporter is changed?
