After i set up email for handling email requirements. Jira will take email. Create ticket but also will delete email from my email box. I did everything by documentation and email is set up as IMAP. Can you please help me to solve this issue?
Hi @Martin Kabeláč , what are you using for email server? Exchange, google, etc. the email should be marked as read but not deleted. Do you find the email in deleted folder? Just curious what you want to do with the processed email too.
