Jira dashboard wallboard is not showing sprint health, burndown and board gadgets correctly.

From January 31st 2019 our sprint wallboards have stopped displaying properly. sprint health, burndown and board gadgets are being truncated / missing parts, making them useless. Everyone was fine before and no changes have been made.

We use the Cloud instance.

Any ideas what's wrong?

Hi Neil,

I suspect that you might be affected by this new bug.  Please see the report in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17567

If this reflects the same problem that you see in your site, I would recommend that you vote and watch that issue for updates.   If this isn't the same problem you are having, I would be interested to learn more about what your dashboard currently looks like so that we can better understand your situation.

Yes, it looks like the same issue but our dashboards are working fine again now.
