Jira cloud or server version

Hi, we are planning to use Jira in AWS, however this is a secured environment without internet. Will the cloud version of Jira will work here or do i need to use the standalone server version for this requirement ?

I think in your case Jira Server could be better solutions.

You would need to use Jira Server version.
