Jira cloud is not responding

Facing a bug from past 2 days: Click on bell icon of notification, screen freezes. Kill the app ,Open the app again and keeps on loading. Only way out, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Even the above work around is not working now.

Please fix this urgently

This is strange! When did the problem start? Do you know if other users are experiencing the same issue? Could you please share a screenshot? As you're talking about installing the app, is this happening in the mobile app? If so can you access Jira in the desktop?
