Jira cloud does not save estimation time on web app

Whenever I tried editing estimation of a ticket on web app it automatically reverts to 0m no matter what values I input. I tried on iOS app on same ticket and it works, then it reflects to web app by refreshing. Same account, same user in case you wonder about permission.

Any idea guys?

We need to understand a bit more on what you’re workflow looks like in order to find the issue.

• Is this a Next Generation project?
• Is this the Original/Remaining Estimate time you are having an issue with?
• Can you please provide a screenshot of when you make the edit and after you save the edit?
• When entering in time, are you are setting it to values such as 4d, 5h 30m, 60m and 3w?

Once we have some additional insight into your workflow we can attempt to recreate or find the issue.
