Jira cloud comment exporting issues does not show up

Hello, 

We have Jira cloud and we need to pull comments from issues with other information we are allowed to request comment field however there is no option in the column tab on the right and when I export to excel the comment field is still not showing up. How do we enable this. I do recall years ago Jira having this ability.

When you are exporting the issues, please try with this option
