two Jira clients downloaded from 'Google Play Store' - unable to login

You may check if "Accept remote API calls" setting is turned ON in your OnDemand JIRA.

It is located in Administration (gear icon) -> System (menu item) -> "Settings" block on a web page.

If it is turned on then it is better to contact the author for help just like Nic said above.

You probably need to ask the authors of the clients why it's not working, or have a look through their docs to see if there is anything odd about logging into OnDemand. Check the requirements - they might be relying on something OnDemand doesn't support or isn't enabled.
