Jira - bug investigation

Hello
A bug occurs every time I try to perform a number of certain actions in Jira.
This bug is local and has only been seen by me.
To reproduce this bug I do such actions:
Open board or backlog (1.png)
Create a ticket (2.png)
Start to add a description in it
There has been no change in recent times. This bug is played at me on various browsers regardless of their dependence.
Jira Server version: 8.2

Hi @Nikita_Ilin ,

I will tell you the way I know.

• Are you using any other extensions in your browsers? If so, try to remove them. 
• The other way is, perform project re-index activity, it helps you to resolve the issue.
