Can we create fields that can then be used to populate a Change Request (ServiceNow)
for example in the board for a story I'm thinking to add related fields like Justification, implementation steps, Risk and impact analysis... etc..
Trying to automate some of these forms by moving data around to appropriate forms so that the workflow is smoother, will never be completely automated but reducing the redundancy is a goal.
Any thoughts?

Yep you can create lots of fields :)
The synchronisation to Service Now is the tricky bit here - how are you intending to do it?
What's the benefit of having any of the process in SNow vs having everything in Jira?
