Is there a way to configure a Jira board so that issues of a specific type always appear at the top of the board?
Hi @Lilit Tsaturyan , there is an a lot of information here but I will offer up the following to move the convo forward.
if you are using a Company Managed Project then you might configure the board swimlanes by JQL and have type = INC at the top.
