Jira backlog not showing any tickets

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

My Jira backlog not showing any tickets even there are many 'To Do' tickets open without any sprint assigned. Even creating new one from backlog not poping on backlog list. Few available solution by atlassian already tried but no luck. Any help on this highly appreciated.

Hi @Gunjan Shah  and welcome to the Community,

Here are some things to check

  • Is there any filters applied to your backlog? Click on Clear filters in the top menu
  • Are the statuses you want to see in the backlog correctly mapped in the board? Go to board settings and columns.
  • Does the board filter include the issues you want to see?

If this doesn't solve your problems please provide screnshots of your backlog and board configuration so we can help you to troublshoot,
