Jira audit log 502 error

Hi

Did anyone experience issues with Jira audit log timing out while opening?

We have a setup of 2 environments where this issue is happening.

Both environments run on AWS with ELB.
The instances and GUI itself work fine , so ELB is setup correctly.

It's only the audit log which seems to have this issue.
Version of Jira is 7.5.1

Timeout has been increased to 300 secs on ELB as well as in apache, without result.
