Jira asks for plan upgradation

I have upgraded my bit bucket plan from 5 users. I added 6th users and gave administrator rights to the same. Now when that user tries to access JIRA, it asks for "Free Trial". Kindly assist on this.

I see that you created another support ticket for this issue over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-932789

Since this appears to be a billing/accounting issue, that is actually the correct path to support these kinds of questions.  Both Jira Cloud and Bitbucket have Free plans, that both limit you to 5 users.  I believe the response in your support ticket should help to clarify and explain this as well.  But if it did not, please let us know.
