Jira and Slack messages

Hi recently all my users in Slack received this message from Jira 

"

As I understood in not to only workspace that it happened it him 

Can somebody advise please ? When I try to uninstall Jira cloud from the installed apps in Slack
It keeps returning 

I asked the Slack support and they advised me to contact Jira
