Jira and Gitea cloud integration

I have integrated gitea with jira cloud using git integration for JIRA plugin. git commits and rollups are appearing correctly in tickets. However as in the screenshot create branch option is grayed out. Any idea about to solve this issue
I am using trial versions for both JIRA cloud and plugin
