Hi everyone,
I need some advice from the professionals regarding security and way of working.
We are launching a joint project with an external party. We will create a Jira software project and one confluence space and work together in those two projects only. The external party should only have access to this one project with one confluence space.
They need to work together and create tickets and a space to document everything.
If I create this for them and only assign rights for these members, some external 4(people) and the rest internal.
Will it keep our other software projects safe?
Is this posible?
Kind regards
Theresa
One way to go about this is to add the external party as guests to Confluence. Confluence guest users only have a access to a single space.
Hi Marc, we have that in place but I was looking for something else. Not using the knowledge base but it looks like you cannot use another space.
