Hi,
New user here.
I'm looking to pre-populate my Jira instance with all the users from my Azure AD instance.
Can i do this please? If so - how?
I have setup the SSO link between Azure D and Atlassian Cloud, but am stuck now...
Yeah its the cloud instance i'm looking at.
Its not a problem, ill just put my trial on the back burner until the full release of this integration.
This feature is key for me (and others i assume due) as it prevents having to send invites to users that they will typically ignore.
It will also keep the customer/user base upto date with new users/leavers.
Appreciate the reply.
Morning,
That's AD for SSO - but i'm talking about synchronising users with Azure AD.
I logged a support ticket and the below was what i was looking for, but sadly only in Beta at the moment...

Hi @Kris Kirkbride,
if you are talking about Jira Cloud - then there is no Way I know about, other than the private Beta in the Link above. So you probably need to see if you can get into the Beta or wait until the October expected release.
For Server there would have been other Solutions.
Cheers,
Christian
