We have Jira & octopus deploy configured which was working previously but has since stopped. We have confirmed test connectivity between the two systems and confirmed all the steps in the docs but there is no way to debug why the deployments are no longer appearing in Jira.
Any help troubleshooting would be great - we have tried redeploying without any success.
