Jira & Intercom status updates

Hello,

I would like to know please how can I limit the integration between Jira and Intercom -

So that just when the status in Jira turn to "done" - it will pop up on "Intercom" 

(and other status updates like "in review", "to do" etc will not pop up on Intercom).

Thank you for your question. The way to do this in the app is by using a Jira workflow post function. The post function allows you to configure issue notifications on specific issue transitions (e.g. only on transitions to the "done" state) and optionally have linked conversations re-opened.
