Jira & Github integration help

Hello Team,

We are in the POC to test Jira & GitHub integration, we want to know below points

• To use GitHub with JIRA we will have to use tokens how we can measure the consequences in terms of admin/Security
• How to measure that GitHub works properly and the consequences in terms of performance, what will be the impact on JIRA if we doo integration.
• Is there any way we can restrict from JIRA to restrict download git repo larger than 500M for instance, of with more than 10K files

can anyone guide what are the pros & cons to having this integration, is there any official documentation to refer and get clarity on above queries.
