Hello, 

Every time I am given access to something my account brings me straight to the Jira homepage. I cannot access dashboards/tasks that have been assigned to me. 

Please let mw know how to proceed and fix my access

Landing on the Jira homepage confirms your login works, but missing dashboards and assigned tasks points to a permissions gap.

Ask your Jira administrator to verify your access. They need to check your product access, project roles, and "Browse project" permissions. Hidden issue security or unshared dashboard filters can also cause this block. Sharing a direct link to an inaccessible task and the broken dashboard will help your admin trace the exact restriction.

When permissions look correct on their end but the issue persists, your admin should contact Atlassian Support. Community members cannot inspect backend site configurations.
