Jira UPM Broken

Hi does anyone encounter this on Jira DC 9.17.4 after a OS linux upgrade somehow the UPM UI is broken please see screenshot. As you can see if you click the drop down arrow on a plugin this result in this all are the same for all plugins.

Odd. And it's the same in other browsers, and with extensions disabled? It looks like it is scrolled to the right for some reason

Hi Yes the same with other browsers tested also with incognito mode  and I already tried clearing the plugin caches on all nodes still the same.
