Is the Jira Timesheet feature meant to be accessible?

At the moment, after the outage, which we understand is resolved, we are still getting "something went wrong at our end" messages, when attempting to log back into the Timesheet module.

We also faced the same issue yesterday, and we fixed it by updating the plugin to the latest version. You can try updating the plugin to the latest version and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi @Catelyn_Hearne and welcome to the forum

Be aware that this is a public forum and no one has access to your environment. To resolve this i reccommend you to reach out to your Organization or Site admin to rule out that it is only related to your account.

Even if the core features of Atlassian are fully operational it might still affect plugins such as Tempo, your Org or Site admin should in that case raise a ticket to Atlassian Support

Best regards,

Hello @Catelyn_Hearne

Have your admin manually update the apps from the administration area, then check whether anything changes.

Also, from my experience, the outage itself is one thing. Getting everything fully back to normal afterwards is another that can sometimes take a couple of hours, even after the incident appears to be resolved.

Best,

Arek🤠
