Jira - Summary Command

My Subjects emails are like this:
- 111BPM222
- 222BPM333
- BPM345



I´m trying to use this command with two * like this:
summary ~ "*BPM*"
But this command only work with the second *
summary ~ "BPM*"

Help me please :) Regards!

I'm afraid the ~ function does not work with wildcards as the first character.

So... this option is not possible? Maybe be a good idea add this option to Jira Service Desk in next updates.

Correct.

I would not hold your breath - a request for starting search terms with wildcards has been outstanding in Jira since version 4.0
