Jira Structure shows wrong status

Hi,

for some reason Structure shows a wrong status. I hope someone can help me to understand why.

You can see an epic with several child issues of different types.

In the first column I used the build in "Status" object. The second column is actually a formula which only contains "status".

My expectation is that both should give the exact same result, but that is not the case.

And it becomes even more confusing when knowing the actual status of the issues:

For the issue type with the green circle, the default status column is incorrect but the formula works.

For the issue type with the black mail, both the default status column and the formula is incorrect.

Of course I already tried to reload Structure. I also reassigned the workflow to the issuetypes but nothing helps.

Any ideas?

It is possible for Structure to display an outdated Structure value if Workflow-related configuration was changed in Jira (e.g. status name or status category). In such case, Structure needs about 4 hours of time to react to this change. But the regular status changes via updating the field value in work items, should be displayed in real time without any delays.

If no changes in the configuration were made, or the status values in columns are not as expected after 4 hours, please submit a support ticket at our portal, and we'll investigate.
