Hi everyone
I've recently started setting up Jira Software for our team. I wanted to try it out and explore it more (hence the free plan for the time being).
However, whenever I or anyone in my team attempts to launch Jira, it would only return a white screen. Nothing is shown. Confluence and Bitbucket are fine though.
Is there a way I could attempt to fix this? I've looked at some settings via admin and couldn't find anything. Its also the cloud version so I don't know why it would return a white blank page.

More info: I've tried multiple browsers. Logged in and out. Also cleared cache. Same issue.

Can you confirm if you are able to access Jira from a different machine on a different internet network?
I ask the question above because the error you are facing is usually caused by a firewall or proxy settings blocking Atlassian Domains. Please, check with your infra team if the addresses and IP ranges of the documentation below are properly whitelisted in your firewall and Proxy:

If you already did the steps above and the same problem is still reproducing when using a different machine or internet, please provide us with the information below:
