Hi Support,

                Please note, We have renewed the atlassian account for Jira software purpose. But, we have to take the renewal for after some days the product get expired. So, When I am trying to open my application in browser it is showing like "your site cant be reached", Kindly help he in this matter.

Is it the server instance or cloud? Because based on your error, it seems the sever instance is down or something similar in that case you would need to reach out to your local OPs team as well.
